Shop Policies
At The Collective, we aim to make every tattoo experience smooth, safe, and enjoyable. To help with this, we ask all clients to follow our studio policies.
Appointments & Deposits
All tattoos require a booking. A deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations & Reschedules
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your spot to other clients.
Age & ID Requirements
We tattoo clients who are 18 years or older. Valid government-issued ID is required for all appointments.
Health & Safety
Your safety is our priority. We follow strict hygiene standards, including single-use needles, sterilised equipment, and clean workspaces. If you have medical conditions or concerns, please let your artist know before your appointment.
Payment
We accept cash and card payments. Pricing is based on size, detail, and colour, and estimates are provided during consultations.
Aftercare
Proper aftercare is essential. We provide written instructions for each tattoo and are always available to answer any questions during the healing process.
