Booking & Appointments

Booking a tattoo or piercing at The Collective is simple, but we ask all clients to follow our policies to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.


How to Book

  • Appointments for all of our services can be booked online through our social media pages, emails or in-studio. View our Visit Us page for all our contact information. Alternatively, you can use our online submission form to to talk to our receptionist directly.
  • Tattoo Consultations are recommended for cover ups, reworks, larger or custom designs. This helps your artist understand exactly what you want.
  • Piercings do not require a deposit. However, consecutive or accumulative late cancellations or no shows will result in the customer only being able to use our piercing services via a walk in basis.

 

Deposits

  • Tattoos require a deposit to secure your appointment. A minimum of £50 is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the quote is to be paid on the day of your appointment. For day sessions we typically ask for a £100 deposit to secure the booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred if you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice.
  • Piercings do not require a deposit. However, multiple late cancellations or no-shows will result in the customer being seen to on a walk in only basis.

 

Cancellations & Reschedules

  • We ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • This allows us to offer your spot to other clients and keeps our schedule running smoothly.

 

Walk-Ins

  • Walk-ins are sometimes accepted depending on the day and availability, but we strongly recommend booking to guarantee your spot and preferred artist.

 

Age & ID Requirements

  • Clients must be 18 years or older and provide valid government-issued ID. Such as a Passport or Driver's License (Inc. Provisional).

 

Payment

  • We accept cash and card payments.
  • Pricing depends on the size, detail, and colour of your tattoo. Estimates are provided during consultations.
