Returns and refunds
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer support through our contact submission form or by emailing [email protected] to request a return or exchange.
- You will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. International shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we will send the new item once your original item has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items or personalized/customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately through our contact submission form or email at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you
